**Check-in and Check-out:**
Check-in is available from 16:00 to 22:00. Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance so we can make arrangements. Check-out is by 11:00.
**Payment and Deposits:**
A refundable damage deposit of €100 is required. This amount will be charged 7 days before your arrival via bank transfer. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer within 7 days of check-out, provided there is no damage to the property upon inspection. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the accommodation type; please review the specific conditions for your booking.
**Guest Policies:**
There is no age restriction for check-in, and children are welcome.
For the comfort of all, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
