Welcome to Holiday Urban! To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please observe the following house rules:
**Check-in/Check-out:**
* Check-in is available from 15:00 to 22:00.
* Check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
* Guests are required to show a valid photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
* Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
**Damage Deposit:**
* A refundable damage deposit of €150 is required upon arrival. This will be collected via credit card.
* The deposit will be fully reimbursed to your credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection.
**Guest Requirements:**
* The minimum age for check-in is 22 years old.
* We do not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties. Parties and events are strictly not allowed on the property.
**Quiet Hours:**
* To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 10:00. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise during these times.
**Pets:**
* Pets are not permitted at Holiday Urban.
**Important Information:**
* Please be aware that there is ongoing construction work nearby, and some rooms may experience noise disturbances.
* All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
