Welcome to Red Surf Home! To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please observe the following house rules:
**Arrival and Departure:**
* **Check-in:** From 16:00 to 00:00. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance so we can arrange a smooth check-in.
* **Check-out:** From 00:00 to 10:00.
**Payment and Deposits:**
* A refundable damage deposit of €150 is required upon arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment.
* The deposit will be fully refunded in cash upon check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
* Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the accommodation type. Please review the specific conditions for your chosen option.
**General Rules:**
* **Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
* **Parties/Events:** Parties or events are not allowed. This property is not suitable for hen, stag, or similar parties.
* **Quiet Hours:** Guests are requested to observe quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
* **Pets:** Pets are not permitted at Red Surf Home.
* **Age Restriction:** There is no age requirement for check-in.
