Welcome to Monte Rojo! To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please observe the following house rules.
Check-in is available from 16:00 to 20:00. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance so we can make arrangements for your private check-in. Check-out is between 08:00 and 11:00.
A refundable damage deposit of €300 is required, which will be charged via bank transfer 14 days prior to your arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer within 7 days of check-out, provided there is no damage to the property upon inspection.
The minimum age for check-in is 21 years old. Children are welcome, and there is a charge of €20 per stay for children.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Parties and events are not allowed. We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
Pets are allowed upon request and may be subject to additional charges.
Important Information:
Please be aware that guests may experience some noise or light disturbances due to nearby construction works from February 26, 2025, to April 26, 2025.
