* **Check-in:** From 15:00 to 20:00. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance so we can prepare for your welcome.
* **Check-out:** From 08:00 to 10:00.
**General Policies:**
* **Age Restriction:** There is no age requirement for check-in, making Casa Azul suitable for guests of all ages.
* **Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
* **Parties/Events:** To maintain a peaceful environment, parties or events of any kind are not allowed. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
* **Quiet Hours:** Guests are kindly requested to observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 09:00 to ensure a restful experience for everyone.
* **Pets:** Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at Casa Azul.
**Cancellation and Damage Policy:**
