Welcome to Tayu Eco Villa! To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, please observe the following house rules:
**Check-in and Check-out:**
* Check-in is available from 15:00 to 23:30. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance so we can arrange a smooth check-in.
* Check-out is from 01:00 to 10:00.
**Payments and Deposits:**
* A refundable damage deposit of €500 is required upon arrival. This will be collected via bank transfer.
* The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer within 7 days of check-out, provided there is no damage to the property upon inspection.
* Payment for your stay is required before arrival via bank transfer. The property will contact you after booking to provide detailed instructions.
**Guest Policies:**
* The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
* Parties or events are not allowed on the property.
* Guests are kindly requested to observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
* Pets are not permitted at Tayu Eco Villa.
