**Check-in and Check-out:**
* Check-in is available from 15:00 to 21:00. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
* Check-out is strictly by 10:00.
**Cancellation and Prepayment:**
* Our cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the specific accommodation type and booking conditions. Please review the terms applicable to your chosen option when making your reservation.
**Damage Deposit:**
* A refundable damage deposit of €500 is required. This amount will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival via bank transfer.
* The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer within 7 days of your check-out, provided there is no damage to the property upon inspection.
**Children and Age Restrictions:**
* There is no age restriction for check-in, and children of all ages are welcome.
**Property Policies:**
* **Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
* **Parties/Events:** To maintain a peaceful environment, parties or events of any kind are not permitted at the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.
* **Pets:** Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Tayu Eco Villa.
