Check-in is available from 14:00 to 00:00. Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance. Kindly note that check-in after 20:00 incurs a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-out is by 11:00.
A refundable damage deposit of €200 is required upon arrival. This will be collected in cash and fully refunded in cash upon check-out, subject to a property inspection.
The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old.
We kindly request that guests maintain quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property.
Parties or events are not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
