Check-out is by 11:00. The minimum age for check-in is 25 years old. We require a refundable damage deposit of €200, which will be charged via bank transfer 7 days before your arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer within 7 days of check-out, provided no damage is found upon inspection. Please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, and parties or events are strictly not allowed. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted.
