Welcome to Casa Rosi! To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please note our house rules.

Check-in is available from 15:00 to 23:30. We kindly ask that you inform us of your expected arrival time in advance so we can make arrangements. Check-out is by 10:00.

A refundable damage deposit of €100 is required. This will be charged 7 days before your arrival via bank transfer. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer within 7 days of check-out, provided there is no damage to the property upon inspection.

Children are welcome at a charge of €10 per child, per night. There is no age restriction for check-in.

For your convenience, we accept card payments at the property.

Please be aware that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. We also do not allow parties or events. Pets are not permitted at Casa Rosi.
