**Check-in & Check-out:**

* Check-out is strictly until 11:00.
**Payment & Deposits:**
* A refundable damage deposit of €400 is required. This will be charged via bank transfer 7 days prior to your arrival.
* The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer within 7 days of your check-out, provided there is no damage to the property upon inspection.
* Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the accommodation type. Please review the specific conditions for your chosen option when making your reservation.
