**Check-in/Check-out:**
* **Check-in:** From 16:00 to 23:30. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid photo identification and a credit card.
* **Check-out:** From 08:00 to 10:00.
**Payment and Deposits:**
* **Damage Deposit:** A refundable damage deposit of €300 is required upon arrival. This will be collected in cash and fully reimbursed in cash upon check-out, subject to a property inspection.
* **Cancellation/Prepayment:** Policies vary depending on the accommodation type. Please review the specific conditions for your chosen option.
**Guest Conduct:**
* **Quiet Hours:** Guests must observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.
* **Parties/Events:** Parties or events are strictly not allowed on the property.
* **Smoking:** Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the villa.
* **Pets:** Pets are not allowed.
**Age Restrictions:**
