**Check-in and Check-out:**
* **Check-in:** From 15:00 to 20:00. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance.
* **Check-out:** From 07:00 to 10:00.
**Payment and Deposits:**
* **Damage Deposit:** A refundable damage deposit of €100 is required upon arrival. This must be paid in cash. The deposit will be fully refunded in cash upon check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
* **Cancellation/Prepayment:** Policies vary depending on the accommodation type. Please review the specific conditions for your chosen option.
**Guest Conduct:**
* **Quiet Hours:** Guests are kindly requested to observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.
* **Parties/Events:** Parties or events are strictly not allowed on the property.
