Welcome to Villa Brisa de Gairia! To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please take note of our house rules:
Check-in is available from 15:00 to 20:00. We kindly ask that you inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements. Check-out is by 10:00.
A refundable damage deposit of €200 is required for your stay. This amount will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival via bank transfer. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer within 7 days of your check-out, provided there is no damage to the property upon inspection.
Our cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the specific accommodation type and booking conditions. Please review the applicable terms when making your reservation.
There is no age restriction for check-in, making our villa suitable for guests of all ages.
For the comfort and safety of everyone, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. We also do not allow parties or events on the premises.
