* Check-out is strictly by 10:00.
**Cancellation and Prepayment:**
* Our cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the accommodation type. Please review the specific conditions that apply to your chosen option.
**Damage Deposit:**
* A refundable damage deposit of €200 is required. This amount will be charged 7 days before your arrival via bank transfer.
* The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer within 7 days of check-out, provided there is no damage to the property upon inspection.
**Children and Age Restrictions:**
* There is no age requirement for check-in, and children of all ages are welcome.
**Payment Methods:**
* Please note that we do not accept credit cards directly at the property.
