Welcome to Bristol Sunset Beach - Holiday Apartments! To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please observe the following house rules.
**Check-in & Check-out:**
Check-in is from 15:00. Please be prepared to show a valid photo identification and credit card upon arrival. We kindly ask you to inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance so we can prepare for your welcome. Check-out is by 11:00.
**Damage Deposit:**
A refundable damage deposit of €200 is required upon arrival. This will be collected via credit card and fully reimbursed to your credit card upon check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
**Cancellation & Prepayment:**
Our cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the specific accommodation type and dates selected. Please review the conditions applicable to your chosen option during the booking process.
**Children & Beds:**
Children are welcome. An additional charge of €3 per child, per night applies.
**Age Restriction:**
The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian.
