Welcome to Villa Siargao! To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please observe the following house rules:

**Check-in and Check-out:**
* Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00. Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance so we can make arrangements.
* Check-out is strictly until 11:00.

**Damage Deposit:**
* A refundable damage deposit of €300 is required. This will be charged 7 days before your arrival via bank transfer.
* The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer within 7 days of check-out, provided there is no damage to the property upon inspection.

**Children and Beds:**
* Children of all ages are welcome.
* Children aged 2 years and above will be charged as adults.
* A cot for children aged 0-1 year is available upon request and is free of charge, subject to availability. Please specify if you require a cot when making your reservation.
* No extra beds are available at this property.

**General Policies:**
* There is no age requirement for check-in.
