**Damage Deposit:**
* A refundable damage deposit of €100 is required upon arrival. This will be collected in cash.
* The deposit will be fully refunded in cash upon check-out, subject to a property inspection.
**General Policies:**
* **Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
* **Parties/Events:** To maintain a peaceful environment, parties, stag/hen parties, or similar events are not allowed.
* **Quiet Hours:** Guests are kindly requested to observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 10:00.

* **Age Restriction:** There is no age requirement for check-in.
