**Check-in and Check-out:**
* Check-in is between 13:00 and 14:00.
* Check-out is between 09:00 and 10:00.
* Guests are required to show a valid photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
* Please inform Cotillo Ocean View of your estimated arrival time in advance.
**Payment and Deposits:**
* A refundable damage deposit of €100 is required upon arrival. This will be collected via credit card and fully reimbursed via credit card upon check-out, subject to a property inspection.
* Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by accommodation type. Please review the specific conditions for your chosen option.
**Children and Additional Guests:**
* Children can be accommodated for an additional charge of €15 per person, per night.
