**Check-in and Check-out:**
* Check-in is available from 16:00 to 23:00. Please note that the minimum age for check-in is 18 years old.
* We kindly ask that you inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance. You can do this using the Special Requests box when booking or by contacting us directly.
* Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid photo identification and a credit card.
* Check-out is between 07:00 and 10:00.
**Payment and Deposits:**
* A refundable damage deposit of €500 is required upon arrival. This deposit will be collected via PayPal.
* The deposit will be fully refunded via PayPal after check-out, subject to a property inspection for any damages.
