**Check-in & Check-out:**
* Check-in is from 15:00. Please provide a photo identification and credit card upon arrival. We appreciate it if you inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance.
* Check-out is by 11:00.

**Payment & Deposits:**
* A refundable damage deposit of €200 is required upon arrival and will be collected via credit card. This deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card upon check-out, subject to a property inspection.
* Please note that cancellation and prepayment policies may vary depending on the accommodation type selected. Kindly review the specific conditions for your chosen option during booking.

**Children & Guests:**
* Children are welcome at an additional charge of €3 per child, per night.
* The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old. Guests under 18 can only check in if accompanied by a parent or official guardian.
