Check-in is available between 16:00 and 20:00. We kindly request that you inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance so we can prepare for your welcome. Check-out is between 06:00 and 10:00.
A refundable damage deposit of €200 is required. This amount will be charged to your credit card 7 days before your arrival and will be fully refunded to your credit card within 14 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection.
The minimum age for check-in is 25 years old.
Children are welcome, and there is a fee of €25 per stay for children.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
To maintain a peaceful environment, parties or events are not allowed.
Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping noise to a minimum during these times.
