Welcome to Apartamento Relax and Dream! To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please observe the following house rules:
**Check-in/Check-out:**
* Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:30. Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance so we can make arrangements.
* Check-out is strictly by 12:00.
**Payment & Deposits:**
* A refundable damage deposit of €100 is required. This will be charged via bank transfer 7 days before your arrival.
* The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer within 7 days of check-out, provided there is no damage to the property upon inspection.
* We accept card payments. Cash is not accepted at this property.
**Children & Beds:**
* Children of all ages are welcome.
* Children aged 2 years and above will be charged as adults.
* A cot for children aged 0-1 year is available upon request for €5 per child, per night. Please note that cot prices are not included in the total price and must be paid separately during your stay. The availability of cots depends on your chosen option and is subject to availability.
* No extra beds are available at this property.
**General Policies:**
* There is no age requirement for check-in.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
* Parties or events are not allowed.
