Welcome to Dein Appartement Sunset View und Meer! To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please take note of our house rules:
**Check-in & Check-out:**
* Check-in is from 17:00 onwards.
* Check-out is by 11:00.
* Upon arrival, all guests are required to present a valid photo identification and a credit card.
* Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance so we can prepare for your check-in. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact us directly.
**Booking & Payments:**
* Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the accommodation type. Please review the specific conditions for your chosen option during the booking process.
* Payment before arrival is required via bank transfer. We will contact you after booking to provide instructions.
**Damage Deposit:**
* A refundable damage deposit of €300 is required upon arrival. This will be collected in cash.
* The deposit will be fully reimbursed in cash upon check-out, following a satisfactory inspection of the property.
**Guest Occupancy:**
* The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian.
* For a third guest aged 5 years and above, a surcharge of EUR 15 per person, per night applies. This surcharge includes bed linen. Please note that special requests, including additional guests, are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
**General Rules:**
* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
* Parties or events are not allowed on the property.
* Pets are welcome free of charge!
