Welcome to Servatur Alameda de Jandía! To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please take note of our house rules.

**Check-in & Check-out:**
Check-in is available from 15:00 to 00:00. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance so we can prepare for your welcome. Check-out is by 12:00.

**Payment & Deposits:**
A refundable damage deposit of €150 is required upon arrival and will be collected via credit card. This deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card upon check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. Please note that cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the accommodation type selected, so please review the specific conditions for your booking.

**Children & Guests:**
There is no age restriction for check-in. All guests, including children, are required to present a valid government-issued ID or passport at check-in.

**Group Bookings:**
For bookings of more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please contact us directly for more information.

**Dining Information:**
If you have booked a half-board option, please be aware that it includes breakfast and dinner, but drinks are not included with dinner. Room rates for December 24th include a special festive dinner.
