Welcome to Palm Garden 1! To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please observe the following house rules:
**Check-in and Check-out:**
* Check-in is from 16:00. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 48 hours in advance so we can arrange key collection. Our team is available for key collection between 10:00 and 14:00, or 16:00 and 19:00.
* Check-out is until 11:00.
**Payment and Deposits:**
* The total outstanding amount for your stay is due upon arrival.
* A refundable damage deposit of €250 is required upon arrival. This will be collected via credit card and fully refunded to your credit card upon check-out, subject to a property inspection.
**Guest Requirements:**
* The minimum age for check-in is 25 years old.
* Guests are required to show official photo identification upon check-in.
**Property Policies:**
* **Smoking is strictly prohibited** anywhere on the property.
* **Parties and events are not allowed.** This property is not suitable for hen, stag, or similar parties.
* **Quiet hours** are observed between 23:00 and 08:00. We kindly ask all guests to be quiet during these times to respect other residents.
* **Pets are not allowed.**
