**Check-in and Check-out:**
* Check-in is available from 12:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance.
* Check-out is by 12:00 PM.
**Damage Deposit:**
* A refundable damage deposit of €200 is required. This will be charged via bank transfer 7 days prior to your arrival.
* The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer within 7 days of check-out, provided there is no damage to the property upon inspection.
**Guest Requirements:**
* The minimum age for check-in is 25 years old.
**Pets:**
* Pets are welcome at Casa Rural Berrenda. Please note that additional charges may apply.
**Prohibited Activities:**
* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
* Parties or events of any kind are not allowed. This property is not suitable for hen, stag, or similar parties.
